Richard I. Withers is one of the two founding partners of Withers Harvey, P.A. Mr. Withers received his Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Mr. Withers practice areas include business formation, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, estate-planning, trusts, and probate.
