Withers Harvey, P.A. was founded by  Richard I. Withers, Esq. and Nicolas B. Harvey, Esq.  Mr. Withers and Mr. Harvey have been serving Gainesville, Florida and the surrounding North Central Florida communities for a combined 25 years.

Mr. Withers, who has an L.L.M. in Taxation, practices in the areas of business formation, mergers & acquisitions, business transactions, commercial real estate, estate planning, trusts, and probate. Mr. Harvey practices in the areas of business and financial litigation, probate and trust litigation, and real property litigation.
